Important Information – Please Read Before Booking – Preservation Travel
Cancellations
If you cancel there will be a non-refundable $50 for each seat reserved. Once payment is submitted, processing fees are incurred and administrative time is dedicated to confirming your reservation; therefore, no exceptions will be made to this policy. If someone books on your behalf or completes the reservation under another name, these terms still apply.
No refunds will be provided due to dissatisfaction with the tour experience, as personal enjoyment cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds will not be issued due to personal health conditions, or illness. Please consider this carefully before booking.
Tours will proceed in rain, snow, or inclement weather unless the motorcoach company confirms that travel is not safe. If a trip is officially canceled due to road conditions, a refund will be issued.
Room Occupancy
For double, triple, and quadruple occupancy bookings, room configurations are determined by hotel availability. While requests will be considered, specific bed types cannot be guaranteed.
Family Travel
All tours are family-friendly. Children 4 years and older are welcome unless otherwise specified for a particular tour.
Luggage Policy
Each guest may bring one small carry-on bag for onboard storage and one standard suitcase for under-coach storage. Given the nature of our tours, this allowance is sufficient and must be adhered to.
Parking Disclaimer:
All vehicles to be parked at designated boarding locations during travel are left at the owner’s risk. Neither Preservation Travel nor any partnered businesses are responsible for loss, damage, or incidents while parked.
Right to Refuse Service
Preservation Travel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates company policies or behaves in a manner that is unsafe or disruptive to fellow travelers, tour hosts, or drivers.
Unexpected Delays & Overnight Situations
Unforeseen situations may occur while traveling. In the event of extended delays, road closures, mechanical issues, or emergency overnight stays, travelers are responsible for their own lodging, meals, and personal expenses.
Motorcoach Seating
Seats are arranged in pairs. Single travelers or odd-numbered groups may be seated with another guest. Boarding is organized by groups; please wait until your group is called. All group members must board at the same pickup location to ensure seating together.
Motorcoach Conduct
Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, abusive or disruptive behavior, and foul language are strictly prohibited. Guests violating these expectations may be removed at their own expense. For the comfort of all travelers, please avoid strong fragrances or scented products.
Travel Timing & Delays
Travel times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances. Preservation Travel is not responsible for early or late arrivals; please plan accordingly.
Courtesy & Guest Conduct
Every guest deserves a safe, enjoyable, and respectful travel experience. Courtesy, cooperation, and kindness toward fellow travelers and staff are expected at all times.
